SMP Diesel Terms and Conditions
1. Warranty
The warranty terms for the goods/products sold by SMP Diesel are as specified in the contract. The warranty period, coverage, and conditions are clearly outlined in the contract, and it is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with these terms. SMP Diesel will honor the warranty as stated in the contract, and any claims or disputes will be resolved in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the contract.
2. Quotation and Terms Acceptance
By accepting the quotation, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in the quotation. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the quotation and terms and conditions before accepting. SMP Diesel will not be liable for any misunderstandings or disputes arising from the customer’s failure to read and understand the terms and conditions.
3. Additional Warranty Terms
In addition to the standard warranty terms outlined in the contract, SMP Diesel may offer additional warranty terms during our services. These additional terms will be clearly communicated to the customer and will be subject to the same conditions and limitations as the standard warranty terms. The customer’s acceptance of these additional terms will be implied by their continued use of our services.
